Terms of Use

These terms apply when you play Goosie Fly (the "game") on this website. The game is made by ANGEL TECH CORPORATION INDUSTRIES L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability company ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.

1. Playing the game

The game is free to play and is supported by ads. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Who owns the game

The game, including its code, artwork, characters (including the goose), names, text, sounds and design, belongs to ANGEL TECH CORPORATION INDUSTRIES L.L.C. and is protected by copyright and other laws. ANGEL TECH™ is a trademark of ANGEL TECH CORPORATION HOLDING L.C., used under license. Except for the right to play described above, no rights are given to you.

3. World high scores and pilot names

• Posting to the world high scores is optional. Your pilot name and scores are shown publicly.
• Pilot names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual or threatening, must not pretend to be another person, us or our staff, and must not contain personal information such as a real full name, phone number or address.
• Scores must come from honest play. Changing the game, its saved data or its network traffic to post scores is cheating.
• We may hide or delete any name or score, and block players who break these rules, at any time and without notice.

4. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or rehost the game, or show it inside another website or app.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the game, or extract its code, artwork or sounds.
• Make games or other works based on the game's code, artwork or characters.
• Use bots, scripts or other automation to play the game or to post scores.
• Interfere with the ads, including by generating fake ad views or clicks.
• Use the game in any way that breaks the law or harms others.

5. Ads

The game shows ads from Google and other third parties. We're not responsible for advertisers or their products. Rewarded ads are optional: a flight's points are doubled only when the ad plays to the end, and an ad isn't always available.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how the high scores work and how ads use cookies.

7. No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the game or the high scores will always be available or free of errors, or that scores will be kept forever.

8. Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ANGEL TECH CORPORATION INDUSTRIES L.L.C. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the game, and our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

9. Enforcement

If you break these terms, we may block your access to the game and use any remedies available under the law, including those for copyright and trademark infringement.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
